Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well-established Australian energy consultancy to find a Marketing Specialist who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and bringing marketing ideas to life.
This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you'll work across the full marketing mix, from digital campaigns and content creation through to social media, branding and website management. You'll work closely with an experienced Marketing Manager, gaining exposure to a broad range of projects while helping deliver initiatives that support business growth.

What will you do?
Assist in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs and other digital platforms
Manage day-to-day social media activity and schedule contentDesign marketing collateral using Canva, Photoshop or similar platforms




Support paid digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google
Maintain website content and assist with ongoing improvements
Contribute to brand initiatives and marketing projects
Help generate new business opportunities through targeted marketing activity and campaign execution
What do you need?
At least 3 years' experience in a marketing, digital marketing or content-focused role
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Experience managing business social media accounts
Strong capability using Canva, Photoshop or similar design tools
Exposure to digital marketing platforms and campaign reporting
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects
An understanding of marketing's role in generating leads and supporting sales
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, B2B marketing, video content or brand management will be highly regarded
