About the Role
Based in Oakleigh and reporting to the Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-performing sales environment.
Your focus will be simple: turn enquiries into sales and deliver a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
Engaging customers with confidence, energy, and professionalism




Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
Guiding customers through the full sales process, including finance options
Managing leads effectively and following up to maximise conversions
Building relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Naturally driven, motivated, and hungry to succeed
Confident in speaking with customers and building rapport quickly
Passionate about cars and/or sales (experience is a bonus, not essential)
Results-focused, with a strong work ethic
