The Role
Lead the team during service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Coach and support team members throughout the shift.
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Work closely with the team to help drive daily operations.
Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.
