As our business continues to grow across two locations, we are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused individual to join our friendly team based in East Brunswick. About the Position
Full-time position (38 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.
Provide knowledgeable advice on health foods and supplements (training provided where required),



working alongside our in-store Naturopath.
Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
Assist with receiving deliveries and stock rotation.
Maintain the quality and presentation of fresh produce and grocery products.
Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment.
Assist with merchandising, promotions and new product displays.
Support the team with general day-to-day store operations
Required Qualifications & Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in health food, organic store, retail wellness or a customer-focused retail environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Knowledge
A passion for Nutrition, Natural Health and Wellness products.
Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and wholefoods is advantageous but not essential as ongoing training will be provided.
