Salary $75K plus Super depending on experience!
THE COMPANY:
Has been established in Australia for over 40 years. It is a subsidiary of a successful European company specialising in processing and sales of high-performance special alloy metal products.
THE ROLE:
As the Warehouse Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for all
service
calls and enquiries plus total responsibility for the scheduling, planning and performance of the operation.
You will manage all service calls which are related to Access Solutions of the business.
Carry out goods inwards and inventory management.
Ensure the customer's shipments, assemblies, and goods received vouchers are in the ERP for accurate reporting.
Process all quotes and ensure booking freight jobs are correct.
Use of computers as required.
Dispatch of goods.
Liaise with transport companies.




Check monthly Operations Manager reports are correct.
Manage the stocktake process
At times you maybe required to lift heavy items!
You need to hold a current, valid forklift licence LF (Forklift Truck)
Induction and training will be given and a uniform/safety clothing provided.
YOU:
Must have service call management experience
Have warehouse administration/service experience.
Have excellent systems and process background.
Enjoy doing Service activities.
Understand and use of
PriorityERP
would be good.
Have positive working knowledge of
Excel
Must be able to problem solve quickly
Are able to problem solve and make decisions quickly and correctly
