ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking a Systems Operations Analyst to support daily operation of ICE/NYSE exchanges. This role requires 24x7 shift rotation, incident response, and cross-team collaboration to minimize IT disruptions and maximize service uptime.
You will monitor, diagnose, and fix incidents, update runbooks, and work with internal and external teams to ensure production readiness and robust disaster recovery. Solid Linux/Bash skills and TCP/UDP knowledge are essential.
