Office location based in Orange or Parramatta with flexible working supported
Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $133,348 to $146,945

As a
Senior Project Officer
in the
Digital Information Office (DIO),
You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of project, program, and portfolio management frameworks, ensuring quality assurance, performance reporting, and governance processes are consistently applied. Your expertise will support the successful delivery of high-value initiatives that contribute to thriving communities across NSW.
Become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking PMO and Governance team, where you will work closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements, strengthen accountability, and align projects with strategic priorities. What you will bring to the role
Experience supporting or managing complex information technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project governance, assurance, and performance reporting.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Familiarity with Prince2 and Agile methodologies
Extensive experience in the use of Project and Program Management Solutions/Toolsets
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skill to guide the increasing level of maturity across the Division.
