AusCare Psychology is opening in Berwick, and we're seeking
four founding psychologists
to help build something exceptional from day one.
We're a
practitioner-first clinic
in the heart of the City of Casey — one of Australia's fastest-growing regions, and one of its most underserved for psychological services. Wait times across the corridor run six to eight weeks. That means a
full, steady caseload
for the clinicians who join us.

Earnings
As an independent contractor on a percentage split (
up to 70%
, tiered to experience), realistic annual earnings range from approximately
$120,000 to $180,000+ full-time
, depending on your caseload and days worked. Our above-average local fees and high-demand location mean a full, well-paid diary.
Hours
Part-time to full-time — from
3 days per week
up to full-time. As a contractor, you'll enjoy adaptable, self-directed hours that fit around your life.
Who we're looking for
Psychologists registered with AHPRA (general or clinical)
All experience levels welcome — early-career through to senior
A genuine interest in helping establish a high-quality, community-focused service
Location:
Berwick VIC, servicing the wider City of Casey and Melbourne's south‐east.
