What you'll do
Provide legal advice on a variety of issues including contracts, compliance, and risk management.
Oversee corporate governance and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns in business operations.
Manage relationships with external legal counsel when necessary.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.




Minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably within the technology sector.
Solid understanding of intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
Experience in eCommerce or digital solutions.
Familiarity with international law and regulations.
Skills & tools
Proficient in legal research and analysis tools.
Familiarity with contract management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
