About the Role
We're partnering with a leading electrical company delivering commercial projects across Tauranga and are looking for an experienced
Site Manager
to lead onsite electrical teams. You'll oversee daily site operations, coordinate labour and materials, maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Duties
Lead and supervise electrical teams onsite
Coordinate daily site activities and project programmes
Manage labour, materials, tools and equipment
Read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
Liaise with clients,



contractors and project managers
Deliver toolbox talks and maintain site documentation
Mentor apprentices and support team development
Ensure all work meets NZ electrical and health & safety standards
Skills & Experience
NZ Registered Electrician (or eligible for registration)
Previous Site Manager or Leading Hand experience on commercial projects
Commercial installation and maintenance experience
Current Site Safe (or willing to obtain)
Full NZ Driver LicenceStrong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
