The Role
Your main goal as a
Leasing & Inspections Assistant
is to deliver an outstanding rental experience to our clients. You'll manage the end-to-end leasing process, conduct high quality routine inspections, and provide essential administrative and operational support to the Property Services team.
Our leasing team members are required to work Monday - Saturday (with time in lieu to be taken on Friday, based on Saturday hours worked).
A Day in the Life
Conduct private/open for inspections
Carry out routine inspections and complete clear, concise reports
Process tenancy applications, including reference checking
Oversee signup processes with new tenants
Liaise with prospective tenants and owners
Support with all key maintenance management processes

The Successful Candidate
A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Must be available Saturdays
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
