Property Management Associate
to support a high-performing Rental Department in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful career in property management. You will provide vital day-to-day support, assisting with a range of administrative, client-facing, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with coordinating rental property advertising and inspection times
Liaise with renters, landlords, and tradespeople to ensure prompt communication and resolution of issues
Provide administrative support such as diary management, document preparation, compliance tracking and data entry
Help manage rental arrears, lease renewals, and routine inspections
Prepare reports and correspondence as required
Support with filing, database maintenance and general office duties as directed by the two Department Heads
About You
Previous experience in a property management or real estate support role (preferred but not essential)
A current Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
Close attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude




Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software (e.g. PropertyMe or similar) is an advantage
A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence
