The GEO Group Australia is seeking an Assessment & Reintegration Specialist to support men in our care at Ravenhall Correctional Centre. You will conduct assessments, build case plans and connect individuals with housing, identification and welfare services to aid post-release reintegration.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to reduce re-offending and strengthen communities, while engaging with Aboriginal programs and diverse communities.
