The Role
We're seeking a passionate
Physiotherapist
(new graduate or experienced) to deliver high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation across musculoskeletal and sports presentations. You'll have the tools, time, and support to do your best work - plus mentorship, CPD support, and a genuine pathway to grow with us.
What You'll Do
Conduct thorough assessments and create
individualised treatment plans
.
Provide hands-on therapy and
exercise-based rehab
using our on-site gym.
Track outcomes and adjust programs using evidence-based measures.
Build strong therapeutic relationships and deliver clear, motivating education.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and uphold best-practice standards.
Contribute to a supportive, team-first culture and continuous improvement.




Requirements (What You'll Bring)
AHPRA registration
(or eligibility) and a Bachelor/Masters in Physiotherapy.
Strong clinical reasoning with a
patient-centred
approach.
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
Confidence with exercise prescription and progressive loading principles.
Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance
(or willingness to obtain).
Current
CPR/First Aid
(or willingness to obtain).
Right to work in Australia.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
Interest or experience in
MSK/sports
, post-op rehab, or performance.
Skills in
Cupping
,
dry needling
, or return-to-sport testing.
Familiarity with Cliniko practice software and outcome measures.
