We are seeking an Invoice & Booking Assistant to join our team at J Hartney National Logistics in Ingleburn NSW 2565 .

What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to all areas of the business when required
Uploading and providing POD's
Maintaining the CRM and updating customer rates
Filing

What we're looking for
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to learn quickly and retain information
Initiative, flexibility and a proactive attitude to get the job done
Previous accounts administration experience preferred

The position is not suited to a degree / certificate qualified individual. It is a assistant based position.
