Senior Construction Supervisor - Medium Density - National Builder Developer
Location: Northern Beaches
Salary: $130k - $150k + Super + Car

About The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a medium-density residential project, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met. You will work closely with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality homes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
Conduct quality control checks and site inspections
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues to keep the project moving
Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders




Requirements To Apply
Proven experience supervising medium-density residential projects
Robust leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of WHS requirements and Australian building regulations
Ability to problem-solve and make quick, informed decisions
A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
