Part Time Veterinary Receptionist - Specialist Referral Practice - Malvern East

We are currently in search of a dedicated receptionist to become an integral part of our esteemed veterinary and nursing team on a permanent part time basis.
We require this person to work Mondays, Thursdays and Friday.
As the first independent veterinary referral practice in Australia, Animal Eye Care has been a beacon of excellence in patient care and veterinary ophthalmology for nearly three decades.

Your Responsibilities include
Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the clinic
Handle client calls and inquiries with professionalism
Warmly greet patients and their caregivers upon arrival
Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently
Process payments and generate invoices for caregivers
Ensure patient comfort by providing gentle reassurance and treats
Maintain an organi s ed and up-to-date daily schedule
Assist caregivers with pet insurance claim submissions
As expertise in ophthalmology grows, triage patients for timely care
Foster a calming environment to alleviate stress for both pets and their owners
