This is a full-time position across a Tue - Sat roster
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and support the whole team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales across all channels and achieve KPIs.
Foster a cooperative workplace where team members are motivated, recognised and supported to grow
Create a customer-obsessed culture that delivers meaningful showroom experiences to customers and exceeds
Drive store performance and oversee store operations, including rostering, budgeting and stock control to ensure efficiency and profitability
Ensure compliance, safety and brand presentation standards are consistently met across the store
About you
A proven leader with the ability to influence, motivate,



and develop a high-performing team
Results-driven, commercially astute and motivated about achieving business goals
Experienced in managing sales targets, KPIs and store performance with efficiency and care
Organised, strategic and adaptable with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experienced in the flooring, interiors or building industry is advantageous
