Optical Dispenser
We're looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser who enjoys helping patients find the right eyewear solutions and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Unlike large corporate optical retailers, you'll have the time and support to focus on personalised recommendations, patient outcomes, and genuine service.

What Success Looks Like In This Role
Building trusted relationships with patients and families
Delivering lifestyle-based lens recommendations that improve visual outcomes
Providing exceptional service from first enquiry through to collection
Working collaboratively with Optometrists and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for patients
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
Contributing to a positive, qualified, and welcoming practice environment.
About You
Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is highly regarded.
You'll bring:
Optical dispensing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence recommending products and tailored optical solutions
A genuine commitment to customer service and patient care
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive, team-focused approach
Experience With Optomate Is Advantageous But Not Essential.
