Chef de Partie – The River Hotel, Margaret River WA ****
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at The River Hotel in Margaret River.
This is a full-time salaried position offering a highly competitive salary, plus superannuation.
We are looking for a reliable and skilled chef who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness and teamwork.
You will work in a fast‐paced kitchen with a robust focus on quality food and dependable service.

What we are looking for:
At least two years' experience in a similar role
Strong work ethic and attention to detail




Ability to perform under pressure during service
Reliable and team-focused attitude
Managing your section during preparation and service
Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation
Assisting with stock control and ordering
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
Supporting junior staff and maintaining kitchen organisation
Working closely with the Head Chef and the broader kitchen team
