The Austal Graduate Program offers meaningful exposure across multiple areas of our business, providing the foundation for a successful and rewarding career.
Gain hands on experience across key disciplines, including engineering, project management, and commercial
Contribute to real world vessel design, construction, and delivery
Rotate across business areas to build broad capability and insight
Receive structured development, mentoring, and on the job learning
You'll also have the opportunity to work on innovative vessel development, contributing to areas such as propulsion, structural design, electrical systems, and automation.
You'll Need
Must be a current graduate or recent graduate within the past 3 years
Ability to obtain an Construction Industry White Card
Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
