The Role
Working across Bankstown, you'll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
Responsibilities
Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plansBuild long-term relationships and see real progressWork closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Program Details
A graduate‐specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)1:1 discipline‐specific supervision6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling4 paid study leave days per yearLaptop, phone and fully resourced therapy kits

Qualifications
Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in **** or January ****)Passion for supporting people with disabilityDriver's licence and own vehicleNDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
