The Role
Crown Sydney is home to a collection of world‐class dining venues, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated full‐time Chef de Partie to join our Crown Sydney Kitchens team.
In this role, you will work with premium ingredients, support daily kitchen operations, and collaborate with a talented team to deliver high‐quality dishes in a luxury environment.
We're looking for someone with solid culinary foundations, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for hospitality to help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Capability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals
Assist Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, ensuring the maintenance of high and consistent food standards
Collaborate in achieving daily financial targets
Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety




About You
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‐paced team environment
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands
Self‐motivated and adaptable
Experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments
Sponsorship considerations only for Sous levels and above
