We are looking for internal team members to take on an Assistant Travel Manager role across our Travel Centres in West Perth, Carousel, Joondalup, and Karrinyup.LocationsOne Assistant Travel Manager opportunity is available at each of the following locations:RAC West Perth Travel CentreRAC Carousel Travel CentreRAC Joondalup Travel CentreRAC Karrinyup Travel CentreWork ArrangementsFull‐time, 7‐day rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and late‐night trade.Day‐to‐day impactSupport the Travel Supervisor with day‐to‐day leadership and operations.Coach, mentor, and motivate Travel Consultants to achieve sales and service targets.Lead the team in the Supervisor's absence, ensuring smooth daily operations.Drive sales performance while identifying revenue opportunities.Support rostering, team communication, and operational excellence.Assist with onboarding, training, and developing team members.Resolve customer enquiries and provide outstanding member experiences.Foster a positive, engaged, and high‐performing team culture.What you'll bringExtensive experience in retail travel sales.Consistently achieving sales and service outcomes.Strong destination, product,
