This is a full-time role (options for part-time), based in the Perth CBD and available for immediate start.The role is available until June ****, with a salary range of $100,000 - $103,628 depending on experience, plus 13% superannuation.Generous conditions are applicable, in accordance with the UnionsWA Enterprise Agreement ****.About the RoleThe Training Officer is responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums in line with the Workplace Gender Equality Project funded through a federal government grant to address gender inequality in men dominated industries.




The role will:consult with unions and employers on training deliverydevelop training resources to assist in changing attitudes toward gender equalityuse data and research to inform training sessionsdeliver adult education sessions to workerscollect data for research before and after training eventsEssentialProven experience in delivering trainingStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of adult education principlesProficiency in office software, including Microsoft 365,Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.Commitment to the principles of unionism and gender equalityDesirableExperience working with unionsCert IV in WHSCert IV in TAEUse of online planning tools
