Regent Motors Group (RMG) is a rapid-growing group which owns and operates a range of premier dealerships throughout WA and NT.An opportunity has opened for a positive and energetic individual to join our team at Range Ford Maddington as a Delivery Coordinator.ResponsibilitiesMeeting guests at time of sale to be introducedReceiving deal parks once vehicle is onsite and ready to be deliveredEnsuring licensing completed before booking on deliveryOrganising all build requirement on the vehicle and ensuring all contract conditions are metFollowing up with the finance team to ensure they are ready for deliveryLooking over vehicle to ensure that all requirements have been completed and that all conditions metCompleting the deal pack prior to guest arrivalSending calendar invite that delivery is booked on into the shared calendarGiving cleaning sheet to cleaners daily for following day deliveriesChecking vehicle is clean and give final inspectionBringing vehicle into the showroom and ensuring the vehicle is appropriately presented for delivery including cover/sign as applicableRunning through the guest satisfaction service survey & manufacturer handover with the guestDemonstrating vehicle features to the guestAssisting to meet the Sales Teams' KPI'sQualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in a sales or customer service roleWillingness to give all customers a 6-star delivery experience 100% of the timeExceptional organisational skillsCurrent and valid driver's licenseExceptional communication skillsAmbition to succeedHighly motivatedAbility to profile customer needsBenefitsSupport from an enthusiastic and young management teamOn-going trainingA high volume successful dealership environmentAll applications will be kept strictly confidential.Subject to a Satisfactory National Police Clearance.
