About the opportunity
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Medical Science Liaison to join a highly regarded Medical Affairs team supporting the Neuroscience portfolio across NSW & QLD.
This is a true field medical role for someone who enjoys scientific exchange, strategic thinking and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
You will use your scientific expertise to understand the evolving treatment landscape, identify unmet clinical needs and generate insights that shape future medical strategy.
Duties
Develop trusted scientific relationships with neurologists and key HCPs
Deliver high-quality scientific exchange aligned with Medical Affairs strategy
Generate meaningful medical insights and communicate findings back to the business
Identify evidence gaps and opportunities to improve patient outcomes




Support medical strategy across both marketed products and pipeline assets
Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial and other internal stakeholders
Support medical education activities, congresses and scientific meetings
Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving landscape and competitive environment
Contribute to evidence generation and Medical Affairs initiatives throughout the product life cycle
Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a field-based Medical Affairs role
Neuroscience experience is highly desirable
Candidates with strong MSL experience in other specialist therapy areas are also encouraged to apply
Demonstrated ability to engage in high-level scientific discussions with HCPs
Proven experience generating strategic medical insights from field interactions
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Life Sciences, Pharmacy or other relevant healthcare qualification
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team
