Tourism WA is responsible for promoting Western Australia as a holiday destination.
Its focus is on marketing the State; developing, attracting and promoting major sporting, cultural and business events; and supporting the development of significant tourism infrastructure and projects.
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and cooperative individual to join our team as Brand and Creative Officer.
Working closely with the Director Brand and Marketing, you will support the development and implementation of Tourism WA's brand and marketing activities, including brand strategy, marketing campaigns, digital content, event promotion and stakeholder engagement.
The role involves coordinating projects, preparing briefs and timelines, tracking budgets, managing contracts and administrative processes, and assisting with the delivery of campaigns across interstate, intrastate and international markets.
Qualifications




Knowledge of the principles of planning, implementing and reporting on marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of content creation for communication/media channels including but not limited to social media, digital platforms, and corporate channels.
Relationship building skills and the ability to manage contracts and work effectively with media, marketing and other service providers.
Well developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments and with internal and external stakeholders.
We have one fixed term, full time (75hrs p/f) position available for up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

This role is based at 1 William Street, Perth.
