What You'll Do
Oversee all pre‐construction and front‐end planning activities with a focus on operational readiness, risk visibility, and delivery alignment, including:
Reviewing pre‐construction schedules and coordinating with OCI stakeholders to ensure:
Full colocation (COLO) alignment with updated planning specifications
Comprehensive project risk profiling
Clear gap analysis in partnership with regional planners
Accurate reporting and governance visibility
Defining and enforcing Front‐End Non‐Negotiables across project delivery teams
Supporting planning teams in benchmarking net‐new projects to establish baseline delivery durations across the APAC portfolio throughout the full project lifecycle
Partnering with global central team to incorporate new tools and templates, develop scalable, end‐to‐end front‐end and ProCon processes, including:
Defining aligned risk‐register structures and RACI ownership models
Co‐ordinating with stakeholders
Ensuring process clarity, scalability, and consistency across all delivery teams
Developing and leading internal OCI kick‐off meetings and governance forums, including:
Tech Review and risk‐register communication processes
Front‐end planning kick‐off alignment and standardised delivery formats
Ensuring colocation providers present delivery approaches, identified gaps, and required support models from project initiation using aligned reporting standards and formats
Partnering with Commercial teams throughout pre‐construction and Tech Review phases to ensure NRC/NTE considerations are fully incorporated into delivery planning and execution
Leading front‐end planning governance meetings and reporting progress to regional leadership,
with PMcA and supporting stakeholders managing cadence and reporting outputs
Track costs, contracts, design, schedule, commercials, through front end planning and baseline the E2E program and handover to delivery TPM
Drive data‐backed decision‐making and portfolio visibility through robust planning, reporting, and governance processes, including:
Consolidating cost, planning, and delivery metrics to improve front‐end planning visibility and enable earlier identification of delivery risks and opportunities
Partnering with central planning organisation to develop and embed standardised risk codes into reporting frameworks to support:
Historical trend analysis
Predictive risk modelling
Portfolio‐level performance insights
Developing dashboards and reporting frameworks covering:
Risk management
Commercial performance
Procurement performance
Delivery health metrics
Working closely with Global Project Controls to establish tooling, reporting standards, and governance processes that support global consistency and operational excellence
What You'll Need
Minimum of 9+ years of Project Management experience
Proven experience in data centre construction, infrastructure builds
Strong knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to data centre infrastructure (network, hardware, mechanical, and electrical systems)
Program/project management certifications or qualifications with a proven track record of delivering complex programs
Excellent communication skills, including high‐quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all organisational levels and across global teams
Ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and motivate team members
