Through our Access Aged Care model, we deliver co‐managed, relationship‐based care to residents across Australia, working closely with dedicated GPs, nurses and specialist clinicians to strengthen health outcomes, continuity of care and clinical oversight.Work OptionsRemote Telehealth OpportunityThe RoleWe are currently seeking Geriatricians to provide regular telehealth services to residents in aged care facilities.
Access Aged Care manages all scheduling and service coordination and provides comprehensive clinical and administrative support,



including dedicated nursing support at the patient end.ResponsibilitiesProviding regular telehealth services to residents in aged care facilities.Reviewing residents, completing progress notes, managing acute issues and supporting ongoing clinical care throughout each virtual round.RequirementsQualified Geriatrician (physician).
