We're known for collaboration, quality and reliability, delivering projects across sectors including commercial, education, defence, aged care, transport, hotels and retail.About the RoleWe're looking for a Site Safety Coordinator to support the safe delivery of projects across South Australia.
Working closely with our project and EHSQ teams, you'll coordinate site safety activities, support compliance with WHS legislation and SHAPE EHSQ systems, and help promote a strong Safety First culture from project entry through to completion.
The role involves regular site presence, supporting inspections, safety documentation, incident reporting and risk management across active projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport site teams to comply with WHS legislation and SHAPE EHSQ systemsConduct daily site walks to identify hazards and track corrective actionsCoordinate site inductions, inspections, toolbox talks and safety activitiesAssist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actionsSupport preparation and review of risk registers, SWMS and safety plansMaintain safety documentation,
registers and site signageAbout YouYou're a safety‐focused professional who enjoys working closely with site teams to maintain safe and compliant environments.
You communicate clearly, build strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams, and take a proactive approach to identifying and managing risk.
