Bakers Delight Marion is seeking a passionate and reliable Baker to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with Australia's most trusted bakery franchise, producing fresh bread and bakery products daily using traditional baking methods and quality ingredients.We are looking for someone with previous baking experience who takes pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities Preparing, mixing, moulding, and baking a range of Bakers Delight products, including breads, rolls, sweets and specialty loavesFollowing Bakers Delight recipes and production procedures to maintain consistency and quality standardsMonitoring dough development, proving, and baking processesProducing products to daily production schedules and ensuring availability for customersMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe bakery environmentAdhering to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirementsAssisting with stock control, stock rotation, and ingredient managementWorking collaboratively with other bakers and sales staff to support daily operationsEnsuring products meet Bakers Delight's presentation and quality expectations What We're Looking For Previous baking experience is preferred,
