The team at Ray White Belmore are looking for a Sales agent/Sales Associate and a Residential Property Manager/assistant property manager with the right attitude to join our energetic and thriving team!

About the Role
As a Sales Associate you will assist the directors in obtaining leads while also building and servicing a database or as a Property Manager, you will assist and manage a portfolio, providing comprehensive and quality property management service.



The roles will require you to work 5 days a week, this will include Saturday work.
Responsibilities as a Sales Associate
Prospecting
Door knocking
Letter box dropping
Assisting at open for inspections
Sales marketing material/admin
Attending to enquiries
Responsibilitiesas a Property Manager
Admin work
Routine, entry and vacate inspections
Prepare leases and lease renewals
Rental arrears and repairs
Rental increases
Tenant application checks
Leasing
Swiftly respond to and communicate with owners and tenants
General administrative and secretary work

About You
People person, and customer service centric traits
Positive and can-do attitude and multi-task ability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Current NSW Full Drivers Licence
Considering applicants with experience and without experience
