Experienced Vet Nurse Opportunity
We're on the lookout for an experienced, easy-going Veterinary Nurse to join us in beautiful South East Queensland.

Our clinics are in Toogoolawah, Crows Nest, and Blackbutt, friendly rural towns with a outstanding sense of community and a chilled-out pace of life. And if you want a weekend getaway, Brisbane, Toowoomba, and the Sunshine Coast are all just a short 1.5-hour drive away.
Who are we?
We're a tight-knit, down-to-earth crew of 11 vets and 15 experienced nurses who actually enjoy coming to work each day. We laugh a lot, pitch in to help each other, and back each other up.
What's the job like?
No two days are ever the same! You'll be an important part of our team, jumping in wherever you're needed to help keep the clinic running smoothly.
One moment you might be welcoming clients and their pets at reception, answering the phone, and booking appointments. The next, you'll be providing nursing advice to clients, assisting our vets with consultations, monitoring anaesthetics, supporting surgeries, caring for hospital patients, or lending a hand with diagnostic procedures.
You'll also help keep the clinic clean, organised, and well-stocked, ensuring everything is ready for whatever the day brings. Whether it's comforting a nervous puppy,



cuddling a recovering patient, or helping a worried owner, you'll make a real difference every single shift.

What's it like to work here?
Casual position with the opportunity to go permanent.
On-call duties average 1 in 5 weekends and approximately one weeknight per fortnight

Requirements:
Previous vet nursing experience (Cert IV qualified or Veterinary Technician desirable)
Mixed practice experience preferred; farm animal knowledge advantageous
Strong communication and organisational skills
A calm, positive attitude and a passion for supporting the team
