We are expanding our civil construction team and are currently seeking experienced and reliable excavator operators to join our projects in Townsville. These are hands‐on roles, essential to delivering high‐quality civil works, including earthworks, trenching, and general site operations.

Key Responsibilities - but not limited to;
Machine & Excavator Operators
Operate excavators, loaders, rollers, and other plant equipment
Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain machinery
Undertake bulk earthworks and site preparation, detailed excavation, pipe trenching, slab preparation and road and carparking pavements
Operation of machines with GPS is an advantage but not essential
Undertaking of QA procedures including safety, quality, environmental checklists
Proven experience in relevant field (5+ years preferred)
Minimum 2 years civil construction experience is essential
Sound knowledge of materials, tools, and construction techniques
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
White Card (Construction Induction) - essential
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Previous experience in civil construction (preferred)
Machine operators must hold multiple relevant tickets including excavator, roller, loader, or skid steer certifications
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Positive attitude and ability to work in a quick-paced team environment
All work rights in Australia are accepted for this position
Applicants must hold permanent residency or citizenship in Australia
