Nitro Crushing is seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Supervisor to lead day-to-day quarry operations across Cairns, Mackay or Brisbane bases. This leadership role is offered on a FIFO or DIDO basis, overseeing production targets, equipment reliability and a safety-first culture.
You will manage crews, drive compliance with safety standards, and foster a high-performance team across multiple sites, including supervision of maintenance tasks and ISMS adherence.
