We're Hiring – Cafe All-Rounder / Barista

Location: EQ Cafe Russell – Russell, ACT 2609

Love excellent coffee, valuable food, and providing excellent customer service? We're looking for a friendly, reliable Cafe All-Rounder to join our team.

Responsibilities
Serving customers with a warm, friendly attitude
Taking orders and serving food and drinks
Preparing quality coffee and hot beverages
Operating the point‑of‑sale (POS) and handling payments
Keeping the cafe clean and working closely with the team

Qualifications
Positive, proactive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Basic barista skills (experience preferred but not essential)

Some positions require Australian Citizenship and a current Defence security clearance, or the willingness to obtain one (cost covered by the employer).
