Hall Veterinary Surgery is seeking a Full time Head Vet Nurse to lead our dedicated nursing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a wonderful prospect for a confident, supportive nurse who enjoys mentoring others and being hands‑on in a busy, well‑respected clinic.

About the Role – concerns re the responsibilities
Support our nursing team, including mentoring and training nurses
Provide clinical veterinary nursing care at a senior/advanced level
Maintain high clinical and patient care standards
Support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily nursing operations and workflows
Be hands‑on across surgery, anaesthesia, hospital care and client support
Contribute to continuous improvement within the clinic

About You




Certificate IV or higher relevant qualification in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) (as required) with minimum 2 years experience
Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)
Strong clinical skills and a calm, organised approach
A positive, team‑focused leader who leads by example
Excellent communication and a genuine passion for patient care
