About the roleThe Customer Relations Officer is the primary support for Home Manager responsible for Occupancy at the Home, completing associated tasks from enquires through to welcome and resident transition.
With the goal of balancing the right resident for home and optimising Occupancy of the homeKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain a strong focus on customer service excellence and represent the Calvary Brand with each internal/external customer transaction.Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct and industrial agreements.Support and always promote the Home and organisation in a positive and professional manner.Oversee general presentation of the home, ensuring that the Home is well presented and welcoming for residents and visitors from the moment they arrive, including office areas.Set up vacant rooms as "display" rooms so they are welcoming and ready to be shown to potential residents and their families.What you bringNDIS Clearance check or willing to obtain oneStrong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.High attention to detailAbility to understand and use contemporary IT applications and platforms (including MS Office, Teams etc) and ability to learn new ones when requiredA thorough understanding of occupancy targets, room prices and target resident mix (e.g. number of Supported residents) for the HomeSound knowledge of administrative practicesProven organisational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise own workload and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, meeting competing deadlines and delivering high quality outcomes.Why work for Calvary?
