As the key link between our customers and service department, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while supporting the growth of one of the automotive industry's most exciting and innovative brands.Working closely with the Service Manager and workshop team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating service bookings, and ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming customers and managing service enquiriesCoordinating vehicle service and repair bookingsPreparing repair orders and maintaining accurate customer recordsProviding explicit communication regarding vehicle servicing requirements and associated costsLiaising with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely customer updatesDelivering exceptional customer service throughout the service processIdentifying and presenting additional service and maintenance recommendationsManaging customer follow-up and ensuring satisfaction after service visitsEnsuring compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standardsAbout YouPrevious experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry (highly regarded)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProfessional presentation and a customer-first approachStrong attention to detail and administrative skillsProficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office (preferred)Current driver's licence requiredWhy Join BYD Dandenong?
