Capital Veneering is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Kitchen Fabricator to join our team delivering high-quality joinery.
This role is focused on precision manufacturing, assembly, and hardware fit-off, with strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and secure work practices.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret plans, drawings, and specificationsSafely use hand tools and static machinery to manufacture joineryAssemble cabinetry, and joinery items to a high standardInstall hardware to joinery items (handles, hinges, pull-out systems, bins, etc.)Mark out, cut, and shape joinery components accuratelyEnsure all joinery is complete, finished, and ready for delivery to siteLiaise with the Workshop Manager, Project Manager, and internal team to confirm project requirements and specificationsAdhere to WHS requirements and company policies and procedures and external.Maintain a clean and tidy work area; secure tools at end of shiftPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipmentFollow checklists, delivery lists,



and other QA systemsSupport and train apprentices/trainees as required.Actively contribute to the success of the team.About You4+ years industry experience in cabinet making/joineryStrong workmanship, pride in quality, and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills effectively.Reliable, organised, and able to meet production deadlinesStrong time management and ability to multitaskProactive mindset—identifies issues early and supports continuous improvementPhysically capable of manual handling tasks as requiredQualifications & LicencesMSF***** Cert III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent)White Card (CPCWHS****)Class C Driver's Licence (manual preferred)Why Join Capital Veneering?
