The role includes clinical support and administrative tasks as part of a recent Plena Care Pathway designed to tailor therapy programs to resident goals.You will help deliver physiotherapy services, transport residents, set up the gym, manage referrals, order equipment, and contribute to client care plans and progress reviews under supervision.
