We split management of the venue into 2 roles - the day manager and the evening manager.
The management roles are hands on,



meaning that you'll spend a good portion of your day behind the bar.The role of the Evening Manager is to assist and lead the team and contribute to the a high quality but relaxed atmosphere for customers whilst meeting business targets.The evening manager is responsible for the running of the venue during evening hours.
Main areas of responsibility are;Ensuring the venue is cleaned, stocked and set up for the following day's tradeCreating Rosters, Hiring, Staff Training & disciplineProblem solving & making sure service runs smoothlyRemaining in charge of customer expectations and disputesAbout youAs a self-motivated, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes:A calm, organised approach under pressureMinimum 1 year management experienceExtensive hands on experience in rostering and trainingAbility to share your knowledge, train and manage restaurant staffExcellent communication and leadership skillsIn return we can offer training and succession opportunities, flexible hours, and outstanding rewards.
