We need a salesperson who can turn enquiries and site visits into clean, won jobs.The roleThis is a hands-on sales role.
You will own the customer conversation from first contact through quote and sale, then hand work cleanly into production and install.You will:Take and qualify enquiries from homeowners, builders and trade clientsRun measure and consult appointments across MelbourneSpec the right window and door solutions for each jobPrepare accurate quotes with transparent scope and pricingFollow up firmly and close work without leaving deals hangingBuild and work a pipeline of residential and builder opportunitiesKeep CRM and job notes current so the office and factory stay alignedHand sold jobs cleanly to estimating, production and installRepresent Regency on site and in the showroom with a professional, calm approachWork with the sales and office team on weekly targets and forecastWho you areProven salesperson, ideally in windows, doors, joinery, building products,



home improvement or a related tradeComfortable face to face with homeowners and buildersOrganised enough to run your own diary, follow ups and pipelineConfident with numbers, quotes and margin disciplineClear communicator who writes clean emails and notesFull driver's licence and right to work in AustraliaConstruction Induction (White) Card preferred, or willingness to obtainExperience with CRM tools is useful but not essentialWhat success looks likeConsistent weekly appointments and quote volumeStrong conversion from quote to soldClean handovers with few scope disputesGrowing personal book of builder and repeat residential workReliable reporting of pipeline and forecastWhat we offerFull time role based at our Thomastown factory and showroom, with site work across MelbourneCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commissionCompany support on product training, quoting systems and marketing leadsReal product manufactured in house, so you are not selling vapourwareA team that wants sold work moving cleanly through the factoryOnly candidates with existing Australian work rights will be considered.
