Job Summary

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager and working as part of a close-knit team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support in‑store sales activities, maintain inventory processes, and help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch.

Responsibilities
Manage stock, pick and pack orders
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product enquiries, pricing requests, and sales transactions
Assist with local on‑farm deliveries
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Receive, dispatch, and accurately process incoming and outgoing goods
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock management activities
Adhere to workplace health, safety, and compliance procedures at all times
Load and unload trucks, prepare orders for dispatch, and unpack deliveries
Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the branch and warehouse

Qualifications
