About the Chance
Kurrajong's digital presence and social media channels are an important way of sharing the achievements, experiences and contributions of people with disability.
Through authentic and engaging storytelling, we demonstrate the impact of Kurrajong's services and strengthen our connections with clients, families, staff and the broader community.
We are seeking a creative and purpose-driven Digital Marketing and Content Creator to join our Marketing and Communications team.
This is an opportunity to use your digital marketing, content creation and storytelling skills to help amplify the voices and experiences of people with disability and promote more inclusive communities.
Working across social media, website content, digital campaigns, photography and video, you will identify and create stories that showcase the people, services and communities that make Kurrajong unique.
You will work closely with staff, clients and other stakeholders to develop content that is respectful, accessible, engaging and aligned with Kurrajong's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Kurrajong's social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram.




Identifying and sharing stories that celebrate the achievements, experiences and contributions of people with disability.
Developing engaging written, photographic, video and digital content that promotes Kurrajong's services and community impact.
Implementing and reviewing Kurrajong's social media and digital content strategies.
Maintaining website content and supporting digital marketing campaigns.
Working with Kurrajong teams and the Graphic Designer to create accessible and engaging promotional materials.
Ensuring Kurrajong's brand guidelines, voice and values are consistently reflected across digital channels.
Monitoring digital performance and using insights to improve audience reach and engagement.
