Our site is a neat and tidy workshop and equipped with modern tooling including Car‐O‐Liner systems, 1 hoist and 2 spray booths.

The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Micra Accident Repair Centre, Hobart.
Permanent full‐time position, 8am‐4.30pm, Monday‐Friday.
No weekends.
Role responsibilities
Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
Greeting customers on arrival
Keeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
Contacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with the AMA experience
Telephone and email correspondence
Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)




Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
Does this sound like you?
Proven experience within a Customer Service position
Experience in automotive Customer Service (preferred)
Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
Robust systems experience and competent computer abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet strict deadlinesAble to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
