compliance and executive support functions.Key responsibilities include:Managing office administration, facilities, equipment and company vehiclesCoordinating office maintenance, security, suppliers and service providersMaintaining HR records, onboarding documentation and staff compliance recordsManaging organisational compliance activities, licences, clearances and training recordsPreparing reports, summaries and administrative updates for leadershipSupporting continuous improvement and efficient business processes across the organisationSupporting payroll and finance administration when requiredAbout YouYou're someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys helping others succeed.You bring:Previous experience managing an office or administration functionOutstanding organisational and time-management skillsA positive, friendly and approachable personalityStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressureConfidence working with a wide variety of stakeholdersAdvanced Microsoft Office and business systems skillsA proactive,



solutions-focused mindset and a genuine team spiritExperience in the not-for-profit sector (desirable but not essential)Qualifications or training in business administration, office management, HR, payroll, bookkeeping or a related field (desirable but not essential)RequirementsCurrent Driver's LicenceWorking With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Availability to occasionally attend events outside standard business hoursReady to Join Us?
