In this hands-on role, you'll help maintain our facility to the highest standards while supporting our mission to care for our community.About the OpportunityAs our Maintenance Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring our buildings and equipment operate smoothly and safely.
You'll work across multiple sites, conducting preventative maintenance, responding to urgent repairs, and contributing to facility improvement projects that directly impact the comfort and wellbeing of our residents and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure, including some cleaning tasksConduct regular safety inspections and maintain compliance with relevant standardsRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairsCoordinate with external contractors and suppliers when requiredMaintain accurate records of work completed and materials usedSupport capital works projects and facility upgradesWhat We're Looking ForTrade qualification or equivalent experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical,
