The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.We are looking for a qualified and experienced chef to join our team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentationDemonstrating techniques and advising on cooking proceduresPreparing and plating a wide variety of sports bar dishes like Tacos, Pork Gyoza, Calamari, Cheesesteak Sandwich, Tropical Burger,



etc.Planning menus as per the restaurant's requirements, including Chicken Parma, Balkan Beef Cevapi, Old Delhi Style Butter Chicken, Nasi Goreng, etc as listed in the menu.Estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies accordinglyDiscussing food preparation issues with managers and all other relevant staffPreparing and cooking food according to hygiene regulationsResponsible for freezing and preserving foodsTraining the cooks and/or new staff as required.Any other relevant duty as directed by management.What Skills and Knowledge do I need?
Relevant trade qualificationsRelevant experience of 3 years or more may replace formal qualification requirementsProactive attitude with good communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
